# Outstanding Decisions

There are a few important outstanding decisions that will have to be made via the Governance mechanism.

Some of these decisions include:

* Total coin supply
* Blockchain(s) used
* Spending of the $ACE Coins
* The legal status of the ACE DAO and its Governance mechanism

We are not in a rush to decide upon these topics, as they are Type 1 decisions that we want to discuss together with the community and get right.
